本当に有難うございます。
お蔭様で「オーガニックフェスタin札幌」は無事に終わりました。
僕以外、試飲販売していた出展社6店がありました。
天然魚、有機栽培のカモミールティーなどの関連商品、無添加酪農品、オーガニックビールとワイン、ハムSausageなどなど。
実は、全部試食しまして、全部美味しかったよ。
レモンマートルティーの試飲やレモンマートルケーキを試食された方々に‘アリガトウ’と申し上げたいと思います。
ティーなどの商品を買って頂いた方に心から感謝しております。

A big thank you!! Thanks to you all 'The Organic Festa in Sapporo' finished sucessfully. There were 6 other companies that were displaying and selling their products. Natural fish, Camomile Tea and other related products, Dairy products, Organic Beer and wine as well as Ham Sausages. I sampled them all and can say they are very delicious.I would like to say a big thank you to all who tasted the Lemon Myrtle tea as well as the cakes made from Lemon Myrtle. A big thank you to those who purchased lemon myrtle products. I hope you are enjoying them.

社長の仕事をやってみたぞ!!
２日前、ある研修に参加しました。
「ビジネス感性トレーニング」という札幌で開かれた研修で、とてもためになりました。
普通の研修のような座って講義を聞く形式ではなく、対話式のものでした。
３人の参加者と、約４時間の「戦略マネジメントゲーム」を行いました。
雇用、仕入・購買、工場から倉庫や店頭への物流、価格、販売、保証。
これらすべてのことについて、日々起こる問題について対処する。
この研修から、以下のことを認識させられました。
時間とタイミングの重要性、準備と計画性、生産ラインのバランスの維持、消費者の満足、そして勿論お金のこと。
今回の研修を通して得たことを、実際の自分の仕事に少しでも生かせられればと思っています。
Playing President I attended a training course which was held over the last two days. It was a 'Business sensibility training' course and was held in Sapporo. I found it to be a very useful course. It wasn't the usual sit down and listen to lectures. It was very interactive. There were 3 other participants and about 4 hours were spent playing a management simulation game. Hiring, staff, purchasing stock, moving stock from factory to warehouse to sales offices, setting prices, selling products, arranging insurance, advertising and taking care of all thise little problems that pop up from day to day.Through the game the following points were realised.
The importance of time and timing, Preparation and planning, Maintaining a balanced production line, Customer satisfaction, and of course Money.

「オーガニックフェスタin東京2005」
4月はかなり忙しくなりそうです。
東京で開かれる「オーガニックフェスタin東京2005」に出店します。
今年は2回目ですが、かなり期待されていますよ。
4月15日（金曜日）の11時～17日（日曜日）の17時まで行われます。
今まで2回しか東京へ行ったことが無いので僕はちょっと緊張しています。
だって東京の人口は1,900万人くらいですよね。
それは僕が生まれたオーストラリアの人口と同じくらいなんです。
もしこの期間に東京でティーポットを持って迷っているオーストラリア人を見かけたら、それは僕ですよ。
必ず声をかけて下さいね。

Organic Festa in Tokyo 2005 April is shaping up as a very busy month. I will be attending the Organic Festa in Tokyo. It is the 2nd time this event has been held and big things are planned for this year. It starts on Friday the 15th at 11:00 and finishes at 17:00 on Sunday the 17th of April. I have only been to Tokyo 2 times in my whole life. I am a little bit worried. Why you ask. Well, the population of Tokyo is almost the same as that of the entire population of Australia. That is about 19 million people. If you see an Auzzie walking around looking a bit lost with a pot of tea in his hand, it is me. Stop me and say hello. スパコネin札幌
先週の土曜日、札幌に来て初めてライブへ行って来ました。若い時に（昔話だぞ）僕はよくライブへ行きました。20年前、オーストラリアではあまりメジャーではない小さいバンドの素晴らしいライブが数々繰り広げられていました。話を札幌に戻しましょう。今回のようなライブは始めてでした。それはバイオリン、ギター、ドラムだけのものでした。バンド名はスパニッシュコネクション（スパコネ）で「337TYO」という新しいCDからの新曲のライブでした。ライブは本当に良かったので、コンサート後CDを買っちゃいました。それはサイン入りのCDでした。メンバーと喋る機会もありまして、とても面白い経験でした。詳細は下記のホームページです。

The Spanish connection in Sapporo I went to my first concert since coming to Sapporo last Saturday night. When I was young (a long time ago) I went to concerts very often. Australia 20 years ago was great for concerts for small, not very well known bands. Well, back to Sapporo. It was my first time to go to a concert of this type. It was acoustic. Only a violinist, guitarist and a drummer. The band is called Spanish connection and played some songs from their new album, 337TYO. I enjoyed the concert that much that I bought the new CD after the concert. Not just any CD but a signed copy. I also had a chat to the members after the concert.
