嬉しい涙そして、悲しい涙
3年半ぶりに、僕は両親と再会しました。
今年の5月、彼らは来札し、約5週間滞在しました。
両親にとって海外旅行は初めてで、母親にとっては飛行機に乗るのも初めてでした。
遠い札幌まで、本当によく来ましたよね。
色々な話がありますが、それは別の時にお話したいと思います。
僕はいつもは冷静な人ですよ。
しかし、空港での再会と最終日の別れは圧倒的で涙が出っ放しでした。
3年半ぶりの両親との再会は言葉で説明出来ないほど嬉しいことでした。
そして、別れの時は本当に悲しかった。
僕の両親は最高の両親、素晴らしい人で友達です。
あーあ、僕は空港が好きじゃないよ。なぜかというと、涙が出やすい場所だから。
僕は空港でよく涙を流します。
Tears of joy followed by rivers of tears It was the first time in three and a half years to see my parents. They made the big trip to Japan in May of this year for about 5 weeks. It was the first time that both my parents ventured outside of Australia and the first time for my mother to be in an airplane. All in all a very tough time just to get here. There are so many stories I have to tell, but they can wait for later. I usually control my emotions very well. However, both the day of arrival and departure the flood gates opened. The emotion of seeing my parents for the first time in such a long time was over whelming. To see them leave again was absolutely terrible. My parents are wonderful parents, people and friends. Ah. I hate airports for the fact that it is a place where tears have a habit of pouring our.

そっくりさん
2005年オーガニック フェスタ in 東京でのオーガニック フェスタは既に終わりました。
しかし、主催者のホームページで、僕のそっくりさんの写真を見つけました。どう思いますか？一番右上の写真です。

素晴らしい札幌!!
冬の札幌は綺麗です。でも冬は長くて寒い。
その分、札幌の夏は短い。だから、短い夏に色々なイベントが次々に開催されます。
よさこい、ビアガーデン、インターナショナル ビール＆フード フェスタ、北海道神宮祭、花フェスタ、ライラック フェスタ、札幌マラソン、車椅子マラソンなどなどです。
先週の日曜日、第4回守成クラブ全国大会が行われました。
そのミーティングは素晴らしかった。
参加者400人の方と名刺交換をしたり、ビジネス商談したり、夕食会やよさこいで優勝したチームのパフォーマンスもありました。
本当に感動したよ。
札幌頑張れ!!今年、日本ハムは勝つぞ!!
Sapporo is GREAT!! Sapporo in winter is very pretty. Winter is long and cold. Summer is short. Therefore, there are many activities filled into a short summer. The Yosakoi festival, beer festival, the Intl Beer and Food Festival, Flower festival, Lilac Festival, Jingu festival, Marathon, Wheel Chair marathon. Last weekend was the 4th Shusei club national meeting. What a meeting. Exchange of business cards with about 400 people, business discussions, dinner and a display from the winning team from the Yosakoi festival. A very uplifting performance. Go Sapporo Go. This year the Fighter to win!!

道東への出張
先週、出張で道東へ行って来ました。スケジュールは次の通りです：−
札幌から女満別まで飛行機、車で網走や北見へ行きました。
北見で営業したり、北見守成クラブに出席したりして、北見で一泊しました。
その翌日、車で釧路へ行きました。
途中、とても綺麗な景色がありました。
芝桜、摩周港、硫黄山などなど。
釧路に着いてからも、営業回りをし、釧路守成クラブに出席しました。
金曜日の朝、2回目のラジオ生中継を受け、釧路新聞社へ行き（新聞の記事でレモンマートルを取りあげてくれた）、帯広へ向かいました。
帯広での営業が終わってから札幌行きの電車に乗りました。
忙しい4日間でしたが、非常に役に立ちました。また行きたいな。
I went to the East parts of Hokkaido last week for business. The schedule was as follows:-Sapporo to Memanbetsu by plane, by car to Abashiri and Kitami. Did sales in Kitami, attended a shusei club meeting and stayed the night. Next day off to Kushiro by car. Some lovely scenery on the way. For example Cherry blossom grass, Lake Mashu and Sulphur mountain. After arriving in Kushiro we did more sales and attended the Kushiro Shusei club. Did a radio apprearance on Friday morning, visited Kushiro Newspaper (A bit of a write up about Lemon Myrtlte) and drove to Obihiro. Once the last sales call was over we got the train back to Sapporo.
A busy but very useful visit to the east of Hokkaido. I'd love to go again.

インターナショナル フード ＆ ビア フェスティバルin札幌
第１回目の札幌インターナショナル
フード＆ビアフェスティバルは６月２４日〜２６日まで行われます。
ベルギー産のビール、ドイツ産のビール、アメリカ産のビール、本州産のビールと北海道産のビールもありますよ。(世界の樽生ビールです）生バンドや世界の料理!!この雰囲気は如何でしょうか?
実は、このイベントはチャリティーイベントです。

Sapporo Intl Food and Beer Festival The first Sapporo International Food and Beer Festival will be held from the 24th to the 26th of June.
